Delivery & Ownership Experience Production Updates
Customers will receive regular updates throughout the production process, including production start, assembly progress, quality control completion, and dispatch confirmation.
Estimated Delivery
Orders placed before 30th June will be included in Batch 1 production. Estimated delivery: September 2026.
Shipping
Each watch is shipped via a fully tracked and insured premium courier service. UK orders are delivered next day once dispatched. International orders typically arrive within 2–5 days depending on location. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for their full value during transit, ensuring your watch is protected until it reaches you.
Packaging
Each Nova One is delivered in a custom Brunel presentation case, designed to reflect the same level of craftsmanship as the watch itself.
Inside, you’ll find:
- Nova One timepiece
- Warranty card
- Personally signed letter from co-founders Sam and Wayne
Each piece is individually prepared and inspected prior to dispatch.
Warranty & Aftercare
Every Nova One is backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Ongoing support and servicing are provided directly by Brunel.
