Servicing & Aftercare

Every Brunel Nova One is built for long-term reliability and is supported with ongoing servicing and aftercare.

Recommended Servicing

To maintain optimal performance, we recommend servicing your watch approximately every 3–5 years, depending on use.

Servicing Process

All servicing is handled directly through Brunel. Each service includes:

• Full movement inspection and regulation
• Cleaning and lubrication of internal components
• Case and gasket inspection
• Water resistance testing

Repairs

In the unlikely event your watch requires repair, Brunel will manage the process directly. Customers can contact us to arrange secure return and assessment. A full quote will be provided before any work is carried out outside of warranty.

WarrantySupport

Your Nova One is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Any issues covered under warranty will be repaired or resolved at no cost.
